The virtual language café for employees is online conversation practice for your international employees: 1.5 hours a week for 8 weeks, in Danish or English. Participants log on from the workplace or from home.
Many international employees understand the language but hesitate to speak it. In the language café, they practise everyday language with a language consultant and other participants. There are no tests or grades – only conversation.
This builds the confidence to speak up at work and creates a social community with colleagues across departments.
